Map it, build it, hand it to you

We’ll tell you if nothing is worth building.

How we work

The map

We watch the work as it happens and map where it stalls. The waste is usually the same figures typed into three places, which ChatGPT does not fix.

Your part is a few focused conversations and temporary access to the systems. You end up with a priced plan, and if nothing is worth building the plan says so; the findings are yours to keep.

The build

Work that follows a clear rule runs automatically inside the systems you already use: an order moving into the books, a report that builds itself.

AI drafts the work that needs judgment, and stops at anything unclear. Nothing reaches a customer until a person on your team signs off.

The handover

You get the code, the software accounts, the written instructions, and the training. Everything transfers to your name at handover, once the build is paid for. No account gets created until you approve it.

Support is optional. Cancel it and nothing stops working. The system is already yours.

Every service we offer can be bought on its own; most people start with the map, which has a fixed price and a timeline agreed before we start.

Where AI pays off

Rules run automatically. Judgment goes through a person.

When the work follows the same rule every time, AI is the wrong tool. Ordinary software does that job for less, and we build that part too. AI pays off on the work someone has to read and judge: it sorts what comes in and drafts the replies.

When something doesn’t fit, the AI stops and waits for a person on your team instead of guessing. Approving is usually a glance at a finished draft, not a rewrite.

Your data stays in your accounts, and the AI companies we use are not allowed to train on it. We put each provider’s terms in writing, so your team can check them. We ask for only the access the work needs. When the work ends, we send written confirmation that our access is closed.

Arizona Auto WrapsScottsdale, Arizona

One shop. One queue. About twenty hours a week back.

The owner wraps vehicles. Email, web inquiries, and shop paperwork used to land on the owner too. We put them in one review queue. AI drafts the replies, and the shop’s administrator approves what the customer sees. That same person used to do the paperwork by hand, learned the new system, and still runs it.

Owner-reported, not measured by us. We publish a result only when the client approves it and the number holds.

The same paperwork lands on you whether you wrap vans, fix roofs, or run a clinic.

If AI built your app

Make it hold up under real use.

Your app works and people use it. We check security, data, monitoring, deployment, and what happens when it breaks. The same app, hardened, not rewritten.

If the paperwork lands on you

Show us the manual process.

On the call we’ll tell you what we’d automate first. Then you decide. Walking away costs nothing.

The first step, the map, has a fixed price and a timeline, both agreed before we start. Every build after it is quoted separately.

If you started a business to cook, build, design, or fix things and now spend your week on invoices, spreadsheets, and chasing paperwork, you are exactly the right size.

You get the builders, not a manager

The people who build the system are the ones on the call. Nothing stalls when one person is out. We work remotely worldwide, and in person across the Phoenix metro area.

The FAQ covers what it costs, how long it takes, and why ChatGPT on its own does not fix this.
